■ Message
What is diversity? Does diversity mean that everyone gets along? We cannot build a world on friendliness alone. There are people we like, people we are close to, and people we find difficult. That is natural. What matters is being willing to first listen to everyone’s views and engage in dialogue. That is the attitude we need in order to engage with diversity.
