Details	The language immersion programs have produced plenty of fruitful achievements since they started ten years ago in terms of fostering students' language skills and promoting their mobility. Hence in this program we aim to improve our ability for (1) designing strategic plan, (2) developing the program and (3) managing it with the aim of making qualitative innovations for the sake of re-constructing more attractive and effective educational programs.
