概要	This study examines how automation, increasingly adopted in tourism in response to severe labor shortages, can contribute to decent work. Using Grounded Theory to analyze in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with industry practitioners, the study develops a theoretical model of “Decent Work through Automation” (DW–A). It also reveals the impacts of automation on companies, employees, and society, and provides practical and policy implications for the responsible adoption of automation.
