概要	This study examines foreign employees’ disaster preparedness and involvement in risk communication in Japanese ryokan. The findings reveal that foreign workers often lack disaster training, have limited knowledge of local hazards, and are excluded from risk communication processes, highlighting the need for more inclusive disaster preparedness practices.
