概要 This double-blind crossover study tested whether spontaneous eyeblink rate, extraversion, and impulsivity predict reinforcement-learning responses to anodal dorsolateral prefrontal stimulation. Thirty-three adults completed a probabilistic selection task under active and sham stimulation. Participants with high eyeblink rates showed lower accuracy for avoidance learning after active stimulation than after sham, whereas approach learning was unaffected. Extraversion and impulsivity were not useful predictors. The results support eyeblink rate as a practical, though indirect, marker of dopamine-related variability that may help explain why identical stimulation protocols produce different cognitive outcomes.
