概要	This study examines how tourism supported the recovery of fishing communities and seafood businesses in Northeast Japan after the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami. Using a social-ecological system (SES) framework, it identifies four forms of resource convergence—persistence, adaptability, transformability, and preparedness—and demonstrates how combining resources and stakeholders can strengthen the resilience of disaster-affected destinations.
