概要	This study examines how the COVID-19 crisis transformed the tourism industry across five areas: digitalisation, business model flexibility, human resources, travel restrictions, and risk and crisis management. Based on an analysis of 240 online documents, it highlights key adaptations, including hybrid tourism products, changing service encounters and travel patterns, and greater risk awareness and preparedness.
