概要	This study investigates the factors influencing consumer satisfaction and loyalty toward mobile wallet applications in Thailand, focusing on consumer attitudes and personal innovativeness. Based on a research model developed from prior studies, survey data were used to examine the relationships among key constructs. The findings reveal that both consumer attitudes and personal innovativeness positively affect loyalty and satisfaction, with consumer attitudes emerging as the strongest driver. The study also finds a significant positive impact of satisfaction on customer loyalty. These results enhance understanding of the determinants of mobile wallet adoption and provide valuable insights for businesses seeking to increase user satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term engagement.
