| 概要 | This study explores the characteristics of young inclusive leaders in Thailand and addresses the lack of consensus on how younger leaders perceive and practice inclusive leadership. Drawing on relational leadership theory, Kouzes and Posner’s Leadership Practices Inventory, and Hollander’s 4Rs of Inclusive Leadership, the researchers conducted interviews with 12 young Thai leaders. The findings identify five key attributes of young inclusive leaders: role model, luminary, pioneer, motivator, and nurturer. These qualities demonstrate how inclusiveness is expressed through relational, entrepreneurial, and transformational leadership behaviors. The study proposes a holistic theoretical framework for young inclusive leadership and offers insights into leadership development in contemporary organizations and society. |
