概要	This systematic literature review examines hospitality employee well-being (EWB) to address the fragmentation of research across numerous theoretical perspectives. Using the PRISMA process, 122 articles from 19 hospitality journals were analysed. The findings identify key individual-, group-, and organisational-level stressors, resources, and practices affecting employee well-being and provide an integrated framework and directions for future research.
