概要	Drawing on ego depletion theory, this study aimed to explore the effect of trait extraversion on acquiescent silence and the mediating role ego depletion of as well as the moderating role of career centrality in the relationship. Using a three-wave research design, analysis of data from 230 full-time Chinese employees revealed that trait extraversion has an indirect effect on acquiescent silence through ego depletion.
