| 概要 | This double-blind, sham-controlled study tested whether depleting catecholamine precursors changes the cognitive effects of anodal stimulation over the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex. Stimulation reduced perseverative errors in task switching, whereas precursor depletion slowed responses; neither manipulation reliably affected reversal learning. Combining depletion with stimulation produced performance that did not differ from control. The pattern indicates that prefrontal transcranial direct-current stimulation and reduced dopamine availability influence selected components of flexibility, with their combined effects depending on baseline dopaminergic tone rather than producing a simple additive impairment or benefit. |
