概要	The paper examines the availability and quality of ICT facilities in 9 public and private universities in urban Bangladesh, based on a survey of 265 students. Students were generally satisfied with ICT equipment and infrastructure but were less satisfied with internet speed, software updates, maintenance, and technical support. The study concludes that universities need to improve ICT maintenance, internet services, software, and technical support to enhance the quality of tertiary education in Bangladesh.
