概要	This randomized, double-blind study tested whether increasing catecholamine synthesis with tyrosine alters instructed fear in healthy adults. Forty-six participants received tyrosine or placebo before viewing cues associated with an aversive outcome, while electrodermal activity indexed fear expression. Tyrosine abolished the heightened skin-conductance response to the threat cue without changing reactions to the aversive stimulus itself or self-reported mood. The findings suggest that tyrosine can selectively suppress the expression of learned fear, potentially through dopaminergic mechanisms involved in updating threat value.
