概要	This study examines the factors influencing Thai consumers’ loyalty toward mobile payment and mobile wallet applications. Drawing on previous research, the authors developed a model incorporating personal innovativeness, consumer attitudes, consumer satisfaction, and loyalty. Using empirical analysis, all hypothesized relationships were supported, demonstrating the importance of these factors in fostering customer loyalty. Notably, personal innovativeness was found to play a mediating role, linking both consumer attitudes and satisfaction to loyalty. The findings suggest that innovative consumers are more likely to develop stronger loyalty toward mobile wallet services. The study offers practical insights for service providers seeking to improve user engagement, service effectiveness, and long-term customer retention.
