| 概要 | This study tested whether habitual routine predicts individual responses to anodal dorsolateral prefrontal transcranial direct-current stimulation during cognitive flexibility. Participants completed the Wisconsin Card Sorting Test under active and sham stimulation and reported routine and automatic tendencies. Active stimulation reduced total errors among participants low in routine behavior, but offered no comparable benefit to highly routine participants. Automaticity did not show the same predictive pattern. The results identify everyday routine as a candidate dopamine-related marker that may help personalize stimulation protocols and explain heterogeneous effects across individuals. |
