| 概要 | This double-blind crossover study examined separate and combined effects of tyrosine supplementation and cathodal transcranial direct-current stimulation over the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex. Participants completed reversal-learning and task-switching measures of cognitive flexibility. Cathodal stimulation impaired reversal learning, whereas tyrosine improved it; neither intervention reliably changed task switching, and there was no significant interaction. Performance under the combined treatment resembled the control condition. The findings show that catecholaminergic enhancement and prefrontal stimulation can exert opposing, process-specific effects, while providing no evidence that their influences simply add or interact. |
