| 概要 | This review synthesizes evidence that dopamine shapes economic decisions involving reward, risk, uncertainty, delay, and social context. It integrates pharmacological, neuroimaging, genetic, clinical, and behavioral findings to explain how mesocorticolimbic signaling influences valuation, learning, effort, and choice. Dopamine’s effects are nonlinear and depend on baseline tone, receptor pathways, task structure, and individual differences, so more dopamine does not uniformly improve decision quality. The framework connects laboratory mechanisms with financial behavior and psychiatric disorders, while identifying methodological and translational priorities for future neuroeconomic research. |
