| 概要 | This study investigated dopamine-dependent and dopamine-independent mechanisms of high-frequency prelimbic cortical stimulation in rats exposed to stress. Animals were classified as susceptible or resilient according to depressive-like behavior, then assessed after stimulation and dopaminergic manipulations. Prelimbic stimulation produced robust antidepressant-like responses across behavioral and biological measures, but blocking dopamine signaling did not eliminate every benefit. The findings indicate that dopamine contributes importantly to the therapeutic response while parallel pathways also support resilience and recovery. This mechanistic diversity may explain why cortical stimulation can remain effective despite heterogeneous neurochemical states. |
