概要	Technology entrepreneurship can be a challenging and complex endeavor for novice student entrepreneurs, especially in a country like Japan where entrepreneurship is still perceived as a radical career choice. Students in an intensive eight to nine-week co-curricular program launched at the University of Tokyo, learn to "do" entrepreneurship through deliberate practice. Despite the goal of developing an entrepreneurial mindset not startups, paradoxically, the program has become somewhat of a startup engine. Over a dozen tech startups have emerged, suggesting that seamless, end-to-end support of student side-projects can be an effective mechanism for organically seeding student startups. Key success factors are identified, including a focus on rapid, pragmatic prototyping.
