Integrating safety system theory and protection motivation theory, this study develops a psychometric scale that captures the multifaceted nature of THC. Using an exploratory sequential mixed-method design, we conducted qualitative interviews with sixteen Fuzzy Delphi experts and collected survey data from 1571 tourists in Taiwan. |
