概要	I served as a board member, journal reviewer and annual workshop organizer for the Oita Text Forum. The Oita Text Forum was founded in August 2009 by 5 scholars in Japan and China. The goals of the OTF were to: 1. Provide an open forum where researchers from different disciplinary backgrounds can exchange information and share knowledge of how texts are produced and structured, 2. Elucidate the process of text generation from social or cognitive or sociocognitive perspectives. The Oita Text Forum holds an annual workshop in November/December in Oita prefecture. In 2014, the workshop was held in Kannaww, Beppu city on November 29 & 30. The workshop was co-sponsored by the Centre for International Education & Research of Oita University.
