タイトル	Collaborative student assignment with the local companies（国内）

概要	For my organisational behaviour courses (both English and Japanese), I sent the student groups to about 30+ companies. The groups interviewed their assigned companies and identified the key issues related to the company's HR management. The student worked on developing the solutions/suggestions and made videos. The videos were shared with their respective companies at the end of the semester. In this way, I not only encouraged the students to apply their knowledge gained from the lecture to the real-world problems but also enabled the companies to get in touch with the students ('potential employees' in the future).
