概要	I am part of a group of professors and researchers creating a framework for including climate fragility considerations inside development cooperation projects. Members come from JICA, United Nations University, Keio University and IGES. We submitted a proposal for an event at 2019 Global Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction next May and we are preparing a set of principles and recommendations to be published by UNU.
