概要	The Care and Growth model was developed by Etsko Schuitema as the result of research done in the 1980’s in the South African Gold Mining Industry. At the time both South Africa and it’s mining industry were embroiled in the throws of a revolution and an escalating civil war. The research demonstrated that managers could solicit the commitment of employees under the most challenging circumstances.
