事項	Development of Videos for Norming Speaking Assessment
概要	As part of the development of a new core speaking assessment , I worked with LCs and other English faculty to create videos of students taking the assessment , which have been collected together in a dedicated YouTube channel. This resource is invaluable for helping to ensure that teachers grade fairly and accurately and supports teacher training in administering the test through normalizing sessions. This is the first time that we have had such a resource in place and the first time that we have introduced a standardized test that runs up through the different levels of the program. We are very optimistic that the effects of this on students' learning , as well as teachers' familiarity with the proficiency levels of students at different levels of the program will be greatly enhanced by this initiative.
