事項	Faculty Development Workshop: Designing and Implementing Elective Courses
概要	With the expansion of English elective courses in the 2017 curriculum reform in mind , I conducted a faculty development workshop to English lecturers about how best to create and teach an English for Specific Purposes (ESP) course. The workshop focused on the key elements in planning an ESP course , such as the importance of diagnosing the participants' specific needs. A section of the workshop was also devoted to the newly proposed courses; English in the Media and English for Journalism.
