Details	I have been teaching five large classes plus one workshop and three seminars class with approximately 1 ,100 students in academic year 2016. Each course that I teaches often have five pieces of assessments (participation , attendance , group work , exam and quizzes) , with many heavy reading and assignments. The amount of work for grading and teaching material preparation is enormous to ensure grading is transparent.
