概要	The proportion of domestic students in my classes ranges from 25% to 66% of total number of students. It is challenging to accommodate needs of international and domestic students due to their level of language proficiency , particularly in group work. I developed teaching materials using many Japanese cases , specific Japan-based knowledge and statistics for student group projects , therefore , Japanese students have opportunities to contribute significantly to group projects. This design helps increasing the level of confidence among Japanese students when grouping with international students.
