Details	In AY2015 , I and my colleagues (Prof. Mahichi and Prof. Tsutsui) applied and carried out an FIP project title “ Improve student cognitive and affective learning in ACTIVE LEARNING programs” The project investigates impacts of APU’s oversea field study and internship programs on cognitive and affective development of students: 1. To what extents the overseas experience contributes to develop student knowledge (cognitive learning) , attitudes and behavior (affective learning). 2. How the oversea experience impacts on the long-term development plan of students. 3. What are implications for designing out-of-campus study programs
