Details	Debate skills: Students of first year were assigned to solve particular industry problems by proposing different solutions. Debate skill is particularly helpful for domestic students for critical thinking development. Writing skills: This is one of the most important skills to develop in tertiary education. I designed many writing tasks for assignments and exams. This is challenging to Japanese students. Problem solving skill: Through case studies , student can enrich both knowledge of the field and develop problem solving skill. Communication skill: International students and domestic students were mixed in groups.
