Details	I provide regular feedback to students’ work. The feedback is extremely important for first year students. When I am teaching First Year Workshop 1 that develops student academic writing , I corrected students’ papers carefully and then give feedback to students’ writing in class. I also provide extra feedback to individual students on request after lecture.
