事項	Adoption of self-learning monitoring system
概要	I implemented CourseMate self-learning system provided by Cengage learning in two courses , Introduction to Tourism and Hospitality in Spring 2018 and Festival and Event Management in Fall 2018. The Coursemate self-leaning integrates e-book with self-study assistant software which allows students to prepare better for lectures by reading and summarizing contents before attending lectures. The system assists to develop deep-learning experience by encouraging self-learning behaviour. The system is helpful to instructor to track student engagement by indicators such as reading time , case and quiz completion. This is a good solution for managing big classroom.
