Item	Attend workshops for professional teaching
Details	In AY 2018 , I attended three workshops for teaching methodology. (1) a workshop on problem-based learning by EDLC in Jan. 2019 , (2) a workshop on Minnesota faculty development program by IPG , and (3) a workshop on learning assurance by IPG. These three workshops contribute to enrich my teaching methods and are opportunities to exchange effective teaching techniques with other colleagues.
