Item	Multiple Assessment and Regular Feedback on Students' Work
Details	In every subjects , I designed multiple assessment methods including writing skills (report , final exam) , oral presntation skills (presentations and debate) and self-assessment skills (quizzes). I also provide feedback to students' presentations , reports as well as quizzes so they can improve quality of learning experience. The latter group can learn from the mistakes of the former groups , therefore , educational quality of the courses has been improved. Multiple assessment methods reduce bias and trigger student critical thinking ability.
