概要	I supervised graduate students's work and encourage them to publish from their on-going master thesis. One student of mine published her first article on peer review journal in the end of her first year of master degree. The paper got good evaluation from peer review.. Introducing high standard writing in early year helps student to develop their ability for analysis, synthesis, which are good preparation for graduate thesis submission.
