Item	Promotion of inter-university seminar teaching and learning exchange (APU, Wakayama Uni., Yamaguchi Uni, Ryukyu Uni.
Details	This is a highlight of my teaching activities in 2019. Together with two professors from APU, we organised a twp-day seminar conference for 40 students from APU, Wakayama University, Yamaguchi University and Ruykyu University with participation of 7 professors in tourism and hospitality. The seminar conference allow student of APu to get to know students of other university. On the other hand, domestic Japanese students have ability to exchange thier research and present the in English in APU. The seminar revived very positive feedback from both students and faculty of partner universities. We will keep organizing this joint seminar every year,.
