Item	Faculty Development Initiatives Grant (FIP): Working with students with disability
Details	In AY 2019, I involved in two FIP projects. One is a MIX project between APM,, APS, EDLC and CLE on working with students with disability. For this project, we did survey with faculty in APU in relation to their perception and approach to tackle the issue of students with disability. We organised a workshop in APU to introduce the approach of dealing with students with disability with a speaker from Kyoto University. members of the project also participate in relevant training workshops on this topic.
