Item	Faculty Development Initiatives Grant (FIP): Joint Seminar Symposium
Details	I am the principal coordinator for this project. The grant allowed us to conduct a joint symposium for seminar students from four universities: APU, Wakayama University, Yamaguchi University, adn Ryukyu University. The symposium allowed students to present their research in English and get feedback from faculty. There were 40 students and 7 faculty from four universities participated in this project. It has been evaluated to be a very successful event and got attention and good feedback from all partner university. The project allow faculty visit to APU from Wakayama and APU faculty visit Wakayama University to learn adn exchange of the system of education and research between partner universities.
