概要	Design authentic projects for seminar research students. The new project design took into context the radial changes in working environment for tourism and hospitality workforce under covid pandemic. The project gave insights into social, psychological and operational aspects of the workforce in the current and future time. The research helps students to understand and better prepare for working in the industry that has constantly been threatened by health and safety issues.
