Item	CEFR Scales and Global Scale of English Descriptors
Details	As part of the curriculum reform process , I took the leading role in collaboration with LCs and other English faculty on mapping out the CEFR scales and Global Scale of English descriptors for the major language skills across all levels of the English Program. Having these descriptors in place helps to inform our curriculum , providing a framework of reference for both students and teachers which we hope will enhance the learning experience of students and lead to improved learning outcomes.
