Item	Holding all lectures in an open format with student participation
Details	I am holding all my large undergraduate lectures in an open format with active student participation in the form of student debates over information presented. Students are encouraged to ask questions and discuss the lecture material all the time. Students receive Bonus points , with the help of the TA taking notes of active students , and their comments are used to have deeper examination of issues. This way , lectures are not boring anymore , and students can actively learn the concepts in the lecture.
