Details	I conducted a faculty development workshop for Center of Language Education English Lecturer's entitled , Assessing Speaking Tests Accurately. The objectives of this workshop were to inform lecturers of the current research pertaining to speaking assessments , provide advice on running core speaking tests , and practice norming sessions together to improve and align our assessing.
