■ 研究内容
We are working towards the publication of PROFESSIONAL ENGAGEMENT, the updated English version of our book "L'Engagement Professionnel,
Un référentiel de performance"now published as of July 2020 in France by AFNOR (Association Française de Normalisation, en: French Standardization Association),
ISBN: 978-2-12-465745-2

The theme of the English version book is expanded in scope and covers the following:

What is the secret of engagement and how can we plan for what tomorrow's professional engagement will need to be?

With the arrival of new generations with other life priorities, and the emergence of a new world that will have to be transformed at a forced pace, we believe it is essential for anyone engaged in a professional activity to reflect on these issues to navigate the 2020s and prepare for the future

Professional engagement is essential today and for the years to come because:

1. It is a source of organizational performance and competitive advantage;
2. It is measured by its impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty, on sales, organizational excellence, innovation, reduced turnover, motivation, and profitability;
3. It is a reminder that dedicated people are more effective and deploy proactivity, initiative, and discretionary efforts;
4. We humans move towards activities that bring us satisfaction and fulfillment;
5. It is based on our relationships with the people around us, especially with management, and plays a critical role in our commitment to whatever we do;
6. It is a lever on which all levels of management have direct influence;
7. It is a reflection of a strong absorption capacity, i.e., our power to acquire, assimilate, transform, and exploit the subjects of our professional activities;
8. It is the best way to develop value, employability, entrepreneurship, and fulfillment;
9. It is a mandate that reminds us that we must take and retake the initiative professionally and personally at all times.

Successful engagement recognizes, supports, and builds on individual, community and organizational capacity and resilience. Our leadership model looks to the future through advanced consideration of the impact a disruptive event may have on organizations and their leadership capacity to meet the disaster or disruption. We do this using case studies, but we also recognise that if organisations wish to experience the benefits of engagement to develop their social capital, they need to cultivate not just a diverse workplace but also an inclusive one. There is growing recognition that leaders have a critical role to play in achieving this. Our focus is to develop the practical skills in workplaces to do so. This book takes you through the conceptual and methodological frameworks needed to achieve professional engagement on a personal and business level.st of themselves in their respective roles."
