■ 研究内容
Currently, I have two research themes: ons is about emotions, mainly negative emotions. Two projects under this theme are undergoing. One is about job boredom and the other about fear at work. The latter one will be submitted very soon. The other theme is proactivity, such as helping and creativity. I have two projects under this theme too. One about creativity is under R&R process and the other one is in the final writing-up process.
