I’m Areeluck, and I am a Thai teacher. I love languages, culture, and helping people feel confident using Thai in real life. My research focuses on Thai as a foreign language, language learning experiences, and intercultural communication, especially for learners from different cultural backgrounds.
I’ve received teaching related awards, and I have worked on many language education projects. Before teaching at APU, I worked with international organizations supporting migrant and refugee education, which really shaped how I see language learning as something practical, meaningful, and connected to real people’s lives.
In my class, don’t be afraid to make mistakes; mistakes mean you’re learning! Let’s speak Thai, practice together, have fun, and enjoy the journey.
I’m excited to learn with you all. Welcome to my Thai class!
