■ Message
Message to undergraduate students: A main part of your courses will be projects. I embrace the diversity and creativity of students. Managerial knowledge is often facilitated by challenging conventional wisdom and not by rote learning. Message to graduate school students: I strive to create a professional environment in the classroom that provides students with an opportunity to acquire the kind of managerial knowledge that cannot easily be learned ‘on the job’.
